AZAMİ SÜRELERİNİ DOLDURAN ÖĞRENCİLER İÇİN

“EK SINAV HAKKI” DUYURUSU

*** Her öğrenci için ilgili komisyon tarih belirleyecek olup; öğrenci ilan edilen tarihe uymak zorundadır.

Kimler Ek Sınav Hakkından Faydalanabilir?

1. Tezli Yüksek Lisans veya Doktora Programı öğrencisi olarak ilgili sınava hak kazanabilmek için koşullar:

• 4. Dönemini tamamlamış olmak,
• Müfredatında bulunan tüm kredili dersleri tamamlamış olmak,
• Genel not ortalaması 3.00’ ün altında olmak.

2. Tezsiz Yüksek Lisans Programı öğrencisi olarak ilgili sınava hak kazanabilmek için koşullar:

• 3. Dönemini tamamlamış olmak,
• Müfredatında bulunan tüm kredili dersleri tamamlamış olmak,
• Genel not ortalaması 3.00’ ün altında olmak.

Genel Kurallar:

• En düşük notlu en fazla 2 ders için ek sınav hakkından faydalanılabilir,
• NA notlu ders için ek sınava girilemez,
• Tez, Seminer veya Proje için ek sınava girilemez,
• Eksik kredili dersi olan öğrenci ek sınav hakkından yararlanamaz.

Ek sınav hakkı başvuru formunu lisansustu@bau.edu.tr  adresine e-posta olarak göndermeniz gerekmektedir. Form eklenmeyen başvurular kabul edilmeyecektir.

*** The relevant commission will determine the date for each student; The student must comply with the announced date.

Who Can Benefit From the Additional Exam?

i. Conditions to qualify for the relevant exam as a Master or Doctorate Program student with Thesis:

• To have completed the 4th term,

• To have completed all credit courses in the curriculum,

• Having a cumulative grade point average below 3.00.

ii. Conditions to qualify for the relevant exam as a Non-Thesis Master's Program student:

• To have completed the 3rd term,

• To have completed all credit courses in the curriculum,

• Having a cumulative grade point average below 3.00.

General rules:

• Additional exam rights can be used for a maximum of 2 courses with the lowest grade.

• Additional exam cannot be taken for the course with NA grade,

• Additional exam cannot be taken for Thesis, Seminar or Project,

• Students with missing credit courses cannot benefit from the additional examination right.

You must send the application form for the additional examination right to the e-mail address lisansustu@bau.edu.tr . Applications without a form attached will not be accepted.
