Bahçeşehir University (BAU) Conservatory academic year and new campus opening took place on BAU Pera Campus. Lifetime honorary awards were given to connoisseur actor Rutkay Aziz, folk music artist Ümit Tokcan and pianist Gülsin Onay.

ULMER Workshops are starting with Global Governance After COVID-19: Multilateralism Crises Program on 27 October 2021. 

The first opening class was given by ASELSAN Board Chairman and President Prof. Dr. Haluk Görgün at BAU which started in-person education after distance education for one and a half years due to the Covid-19 epidemic.

Stories about the Ottoman world in the USA are released to the international public. The documentary film titled "Ottoman America", produced in collaboration with Bay Atlantic University, Bahçeşehir University Civilization Studies Center (MEDAM), and Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities, will be presented to the audience at the screenings in the USA this month.

Times Higher Education (THE), the most creditable ranking institution in the world, announced the results of “World University Rankings 2022”. In the ranking, which includes the best universities in the world and Turkey, British and American universities kept their places in the top 5. Among the foundation universities from Turkey, Koç, Sabancı, Bilkent and Bahçeşehir Universities were at the top of the list.
