Chobani company founder and CEO Hamdi Ulukaya was awarded with Reward those who add value to Turkey given once a year by Bahcesehir University.
Third time this year Bahcesehir University presents this awardto the names who areguiding the education and development,projects that contribute to the education and development of the national economy, the artistic heritage. For this year‘Reward those who add value to Turkey’goes to the founder and the CEO of Chobani yogurt company, Hamdi Ulukaya.
The award ceremony has been held in Bahcesehir University Besiktas Campus (BAU) and the opening speech has been made by Rector of Bahcesehir University (BAU) Dr. Senay Yalcin.
"Development, opens the door to innovation"
Rector of Bahcesehir University (BAU) Dr. Senay Yalcin, stating that a rapidly developing social life changed almost inaccessible and he said, "The development of the fundamental dynamics of the global reality is the increasing acceleration of scientific progress and development opportunities to other new developments.
Each development opens the door to another innovation to create new life forms and new social concepts, so that modern life chain is extended to infinity.
Turkey is in a more positive development of young and dynamic population momentum every day.

After Prof. Dr. Senay Yalcin, Bahcesehir University’s Chairman of the Board of Trustees Enver Yucel stated in his speech in awards ceremony, that achievement and contributing to human is an important sense, he said, "Hamdi Ulukaya is trying to hold his work that he made an important part of the American market.
This is a huge success. You may well be the best in your country or in your neighborhood, but in the world, especially in a country like America, to be perfect and for being known is not an easy task.I congratulate him heartily.

After receiving the award Hamdi Ulukaya said from the podium, "The main feature that distinguishes the Turkish people is that our roots are based on Anatolian soil."
Ulukaya said, "if we does not disconnect ourselves from this land, not on anyone keep us ahead of us if we also add the knowledge and skills of the modern world. If a person want to promote the country's top honors should be like that country. This is a very honorable position. Turkey adds value to me. After this award I think that I can put a brick in the wall. You can go anywhere, but you can not see any other country which has the potential like our country. I attribute the success of the town where I was born."
