Leading hi-tech giants Apple and Samsung are now active on the BAU Beşiktaş campus. Apple has its Innovation center and Samsung its Technology Center established on campus where innovative research is made by BAU students regarding educational technologies.
At the Samsung Technology Center students are not only being trained to develop Android-based applications but also they take part in the legitimization process of developed applications. Furthermore, Samsung employs the students who take part in those activities, contributing to research and development side of Samsung.
