ArchiDesign Talks '22-23 Fall will begin with Jake Michael Singer this Monday, October 24.
Singer is a South African multidisciplinary artist. In 2013, he completed his bachelors at Michaelis School of Fine Art, the University of Cape Town. He has also studied at Central Saint Martins in London. Singer, who has experienced different art fields such as photography and paper art, has a superior control in sculpture. His works have been exhibited around the world. Besides his solo exhibitions in Europe, he took part in many group exhibitions in America and Africa after his graduation. In 2019 - 2020, he took part in the Angel group exhibition at St. Antuan church in Istanbul.
This Monday, Singer will talk about "Genealogy and the Darkness around it Whispering you" in the first episode of this semester's ArchiDesign Talk series.
