Workshop - Hands on Experience in Architecture 3

With the coordination of Assoc.Prof. Meltem Vatan Kaptan, 'Hands on Experience in Architecture' Workshop is held for the third time, between September 8 - 14, 2019 in Kastamonu.

Most of the faculties where education of architecture is included have become too focused on abstraction and design practices as idea projects. As a result, the opportunities to learn the practical side of the design profession are limited. Therefore, hands-on experiences activities are perceived as an enjoyable and effective form of learning. These activities provide opportunities to the students to integrate theoretical knowledge into the practice.

2019 Hands on Experience – 3 “Fall Workshop –Internship Kastamonu Cultural Heritage Site” was a productive experience for BAU students of Faculty of Architecture and Design.
