The exams for 2020-2021 Academic Year Fall Semester of Bahcesehir University are evaluated by the University Senate.
As a result of this, when it is taken into consideration that the almost one in five BAU students is a foreign student and most of them come back their homes into the period of Covid-19, and the various difficulties may occur the students, who live in the different cities or countries, come to İstanbul for only exam period in the scope of pandemic measures, the following points are evaluated;
1. Our all students and their families may have some concerns about leaving their homes in this period even if there are exams, 2. Our international students may not get legal permission from their country in this difficult period even if they have exams, 3. Return time to normal conditions about transportation may be uncertain even if they get legal permission from their country in order to go out from their country, 4. In the event that they come to Turkey, they may have quarantine period for 14 days, 5. Also face-to-face exams will not be made with the performance expected because of mental and psychological exhaustion of our students in this period.
Thus, it has been decided with unanimity that the final exams, make-up exams and additional exams are made as digital for 2020-2021 academic year fall semester.
