Reverse Mentoring Session, which Bahçeşehir University (BAU) CO-OP Department organized, was held at ‘Peryon Human Management Congress ‘. The details of the program, in which young university students mentored to the senior executives of the companies, were discussed.
With 'Reverse Mentoring' program of CO-OP department of BAU, the university students lead the way about business life to the executives of the essential companies in Turkey. The CO-OP program which enables young people, who will have the right to comment on the business world of tomorrow, understand the sector and shape their strategies according to the new order, was discussed in detail at Peryön Human Management Congress held in Lütfi Kırdar Congress Center. Bahri Toper, the Director of BAU CO-OP, Kaan Özkorkmaz, graduate of the Department of Industrial Engineering and also the top student of the school, İpek Altınbaşak Farina, the Dean of Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences, Vedat Uygun, a member of Doğuş Automotive Executive Board, and many guests attended to the program.
